WORST SERVICE EVER If you call during the day it's fine but after 11 pm you CANNOT get a taxi anymore! This is unacceptable! It happened already 4 times that I called for a taxi late at night from Paisley and I was left alone on the street waiting... the booking requests were all accepted but the taxi never showed up and on the wee map they always displayed still in Johnstone! A serious taxi company does not treat costumers like this! Everybody, call another company and don't waste money on TOA
Reliable service would not use anybody else
Can't add card details to it. Always says: "the given key was not present in the dictionary". Have tried every kind of cred and debit card. Tried uninstaling too. Also called their office, and unhelpful woman rushed me off the phone in 1 minute.

Shocking service. Don't bother getting this app - the taxi never arrives anyway!
Terrible service! Booked a taxi an hour before I needed it. Phoned up after it was 15 minute late to be told that they're really busy and that the train station gets priority. Why take bookings if you can't provide the service?!
